Minimum Order Value for Free Delivery

 

For International orders: Minimum order must be for US $ 75 to avail of free delivery to any designated address in the world. For orders below US $ 75 kindly note that shipping charges of US $20 will have to be borne by the buyer. 

 

For orders within India: Minimum order must be for Rs.1,000/- to avail of free delivery to any designated address in India. For orders below Rs.1,000/- kindly note that shipping charges of Rs. 100/- only will be charged. 

 

In both cases the teas will be shipped via registered airmail.

For International Orders: We accept online payments through all major credit cards & PayPal 

For orders within India:  We accept payments through RTGS, NEFT and cheque payments

Delivery

 

For International Orders:  We ship to all countries worldwide excepting to those countries debarred by the Government of India.

For orders within India:  We deliver to all accessible destinations within India. 

 

Delivery Time

 

For International Orders:  All orders received will be processed within a period of 2 to 3 working days. International delivery takes 2-3 weeks depending on the destination.

For orders within India:  All orders received will be processed within a period of 2 to 3 working days. Delivery within India normally happens within a week. 

 

Taxes and Customs Duties

 

For International Orders: The teas are sent as gifts and hence should normally not attract customs/import duties. However rules vary from country to country. Overseas deliveries may be subject to duties and taxes as per effective local laws in buyers country that could be levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any such additional charges towards local levies would have to be borne by the buyer and will in no terms be payable by us or chargeable to us. The buyer must therefore ensure compliance with all the effective laws and legislations in force at their specified destination, and we shall not be liable for any consequences arising out of breach of any such laws. Any document needed to accompany the parcel needs to be requested and will be provided if feasible/available. 

 

For orders within India: At the time of billing you will be charged CST or VAT, whichever is applicable. However, in the case of any local levies being imposed at the Buyers destination, the same will have to be borne by the buyer, and we are not liable to pay the said local levies.
